Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - Austin, Texas
Process
It started with an initial phone screen with a recruiter, where we talked about the position and my experience. That led to a 1-hour technical phone interview with the team leads on the team I would be joining.
From there, they gave me a simple do-on-your-own-time coding challenge that was pretty basic.
Finally, there was an all-day onsite interview where I met with members of Design, Product Management, as well as engineers.
