The first part of the interview process was with the recruiter. It was a standard conversation where an overview of the role was discussed, and I was given an opportunity to share about my own personal brand and experience. All in all, the process was pretty standard, and the recruiter was friendly and enthusiastic.
The next interviews were an interview with the hiring manager, a technical panel interview, and a leadership/behavioral panel interview. All the questions were relevant to the role, and it would not be possible to provide a strong answer without appropriate experience. Each interview session had a big focus on getting through a long list of maybe 10-15 questions, including follow-ups, and left time for me to ask questions at the end.
The whole process took close to 2 months, which is in line with my experience in the current market.
