Process

The interview process was very long and consisted of many interviews, such as:

  • Recruiter Screening
  • Technical Screening / Interview
  • Take Home Assignment (about six hours of work)
  • Recruiter Meeting(s)
  • Technical Interview (realtime programming tasks)
  • Production Interview (compatibility questions)
  • Technical Interview (realtime engineering task)
  • Production Interview (compatibility questions)
  • Recruiter Meeting(s)
  • Additional interviews / meetings as needed.

It seemed like the interview process was segmented between recruiter meetings, where the process would either continue into the next set of interviews or stop. The team was respectful and professional. There was plenty of time to interview the team as well and get a feel for the company.
