Because of Covid-19, all interviews were a combination of phone calls and video chats.

It started when a recruiter reached out to me after he saw my profile on LinkedIn. Then I had:

• A preliminary chat with 2 team members
• A programming competency test
• A follow-up video chat going over the results of the programming test
• A day-long series of video chats with 10+ people of many different disciplines where my personality and work process were evaluated.

They asked about the work I was currently doing at my job, and then asked follow-up questions. One of the follow-up questions was: "When I'm assigned to do a task, how do I approach it?"
