Process
I went through a recruiter. I had a conversation with the recruiter, then a phone interview with the team. After the phone interview, I was offered an on-site interview.
The process included:
- A take-home exam
- A written exam on-site
- A panel of people interviewing with a couple of questions on the whiteboard.
Questions
They asked if I would be comfortable with a whiteboard test.

Pros: Some very smart and great people to work with.
Games are great and the employees do care about the product.
Cons: Growth in some critical departments (QA) was too fast for the inexperienced management team to handle. Their response was to hire more inexperienced and out-of-industry people, which made the problem worse.
