Process
To start, this was hands-down the best interview experience I've ever had. Everyone was diligent and paid very particular attention to detail to ensure that I was confident, comfortable, and informed of the process.
At a high level, it began with:
- A recruiter
- A technical screen
- A manager interview
- A full-day, "onsite" (which was virtual due to Covid) series of interviews.
Along the way, you are informed with feedback and your progress by the recruiter. From start to finish, the whole process took roughly 8 weeks.
Questions
Emphasis on behavior and core values, integrating business values and technology goals, technical questions around the associative tech stack.

As a senior experienced engineer, I made some suggestions soon after joining. Not only was I listened to, the management encouraged me to implement my ideas, which resulted in some better workflows. I really like the "Great, let's do better" attitude. I've had my share of NIH companies in the past, so this is a breath of fresh air.Cons: After the post-COVID return-to-office wave, the previously free breakfast and lunch now cost money.
