Good work-life balance.
Campus is decent and has good facilities.
Lots of great people to work with.
Leadership changes every year and is unreliable.
Got a phone interview on Zoom after completing another interview where I recorded myself answering questions they asked. Now I have to take a C++ technical test on HackerRank that is 2 hours long.
This is a description for the initial screening. The recruiter was friendly and enthusiastic. I was also told that working for Blizzard is a fun and rewarding experience and that it is an inclusive environment.
First step: talk to the recruiter and in-house recruiter. Second step: talk to the hiring manager. Then, sign a very restrictive NDA before the interview. I didn't make it past that because it was so restrictive.
