Great place to work. Casual atmosphere, friendly and mostly competent people. Management, depending on who you get, is employee friendly. Lots of company events that employees can attend, such as:
Management needs some serious work on making upward mobility more accessible.
In addition, wages are on the low side. The company tries to justify their low wages with their benefits package, which is mediocre at best.
However, the high cost of living in Southern California in general makes their wages really hard to live on. If you want a family and to own a home or condo, forget working at Blizzard long term.
