QA Lead II
It was very detail-oriented. They went through a lot of QA experience and skills. They were very interested in your specific job function's knowledge. They asked a lot of questions about your experience with former positions in former companies.
Engineering Tools Intern
This is a description for the initial screening. The recruiter was friendly and enthusiastic. I was also told that working for Blizzard is a fun and rewarding experience and that it is an inclusive environment.
Database Administrator (DBA)
First step: talk to the recruiter and in-house recruiter. Second step: talk to the hiring manager. Then, sign a very restrictive NDA before the interview. I didn't make it past that because it was so restrictive.
