Pros
  • Decent team members
  • Cool games to work on
Cons
  • Pay was $13 until the 2021 lawsuit.
  • Contractors don't get to go to any company events.
  • Contractors do the same work (most of the time better) and get paid less.
  • No job security (Raven Software lies and layoffs).
  • No real support (anything you say will probably be ignored).
  • Most people working full-time have a superiority complex.
  • There is NO way to move up in QA or move out to another role.
  • Not allowed to apply internally, but also required to apply internally (intentionally broken/blocked website for contract employees).
  • Only full-time employees get training and certifications.
  • Bad vibes from most of leadership. (All the nice, helpful, and kind leadership left, leaving us with all the disgruntled and rude bosses who don't care.)
Advice to Management
  • Be nice to all your employees.
  • Treat people with respect.
  • Being invited to events would be cool.
  • Don't work people to the bone just to throw them away and replace them later.
  • Have common sense.
