I joined Blizzard, even though it is an extremely low-paying company.
Shortly after joining, I felt that the work environment was similar to that of a startup company.
I had a difficult time working in the Battle.net client team because of the unorganized process and unsupportive team.
Working at Blizzard comes with its own challenges.
When an employee brings up concerns, please ensure that you address those concerns and make sure their voice matters. Everyone should be treated equally.
