Software Engineering internship, I had a fantastic time
- Great engineering teams doing industry-leading work in game development and building platforms for online gaming communities.
- Good mentorship and a good work culture.
- Engineers there are long-term, very invested in their company and its products.
- Sometimes it feels like there are too many teams to work between. It can get confusing figuring out who does what.
- Interns don't always get given the most interesting work. There were days where I didn't really have that much to do.
- Irvine is kind of a boring city.
- Pay isn't that great for a mid-high COL city.
