Great working atmosphere. People are really nice. You'll like it if you are into Blizzard games, because everyone else is.
Management (on my team) can be micromanaging. Plus, everyone is into games, so if you're not, you will miss out on a big chunk of their culture.
Less micromanaging, more focus on the important things.
