Tens of interview rounds. Is this Google, Facebook, or Amazon? Will they pay a comparable salary as well? No, they will not. Will they give you similar facilities? No, they will not.
Do they want to insult and demotivate people in interviews? Probably yes, as that should be the motive behind this process.
I would rather go to bigger organizations for this interview process.
