I applied online and received a response almost immediately from the recruiter. Within the next two days, I had a discussion with the Hiring Manager. She was very pleasant, and I had a great experience sharing my background and what I am looking for in my next role.

Next Round: Phone Screen for SQL. This round was one hour long, and I was able to solve all the questions. The difficulty level was medium LeetCode. The interviewer was kind, and we discussed how to approach the problems before I wrote the answers. I was invited for the onsite loop within the next two days.

Onsite Loop (NDA signed): This loop consisted of seven rounds. While that sounds like a lot, my confidence grew as the rounds progressed. I had a great experience with one of the interviewers. From my experience, Square places a strong emphasis on team building and cultural fit. They are keen to understand your curiosity and ability to adapt to a new role.
