This was probably one of the weirdest experiences of my life.

The interview process itself was good. For screening, I had two pair programming sessions.

For the onsite interview, I had:

• Three pair programming sessions
• One system design session
• One past experience discussion

Sadly, I didn't make it through. I wanted to work for this company so badly, but it's okay since the interview seemed good.

However, what followed just ruined my entire experience.

The recruiter emailed me on Thursday EOD (EST) stating I didn't make it. I had another interview coming up on Monday (PT), so I begged the interviewer to provide feedback at the earliest, but she never replied. I emailed her twice after that, with no response – complete silence.

Anyway, I didn't make it through Monday's interview either.

To this day, I haven't received even an acknowledgment of my emails.

I spent quite a few weeks chasing my dream of working here, but this is what I received.

I feel sad and small. I don't think I'll ever apply here again.
