Very straightforward. I applied online for a new grad position (Software Engineer).

I received an answer a couple of days later and was invited for a Skype coding interview with an engineer. After I passed this successfully, there was another Skype interview.

Then I was invited to their SF office for two more coding interviews.

The coding interviews went very well; the interviewers were nice and knew how to conduct an interview (I can't say the same for every company).

Square showed us the office and a brief history of their products during the onsite.
