The process itself was fine, as I did not have to travel. However, the experience since then has been quite negative.
I have not written a review here before, but after reading about a previous experience with reimbursement, I feel I should also share my own. It took about four to five emails before I finally got in touch with their reimbursement department. I was told the funds would be transferred the next day, which to this date has not happened.
Not only that, but I had to submit my receipts twice because they lost my initial ones, so be warned to keep yours readily available.
I am writing this to others who have to travel, to warn them ahead of time about what to expect regarding reimbursement.
