The process started with a phone screen focusing on a single problem.
The onsite interview was smooth, with interactive and collaborative interviewers.
They expected my code to actually run and produce results, which was quite unique.
Questions
The design question was given to me ahead of time, involving designing a booking system.
I then had a one-hour session with two interviewers to explain my choice of design, along with its benefits and drawbacks.

Cons: Can be intense at times; there's a lot of work to be done.
Company experiments with improving internal processes regularly and is growing rapidly, which can lead to some heartburn as management adjusts.
Career growth is very self-driven.
