Process
I did not like the interviewing as a doc.
The quality of work was very low and the caliber of people was on par.
Interviews were too easy and they asked stupid questions sometimes.
They asked about flow charts and some C++ code.
Learn pointers, functions, and how to create an instance of a class in your head.
They also tried to trick you with pointer questions to catch you off guard, but at the end, the questions were below standard and did not have any juice in them.
