Process
One phone round, lasting one hour, asked me to code in HackerRank.
Onsite comprised four rounds:
- Two technical rounds
- One with a manager
- One with HR
If you perform well in the first two rounds, you proceed to further rounds; otherwise, you are out.
Overall, they look for smart candidates, with less focus on perfect coding skills, which is good, I guess.
Questions
Web browser history implementation without duplicates.
A couple of C++ questions.
Some standard algorithm and data structure questions.

Pros: - The office is insanely cool (731 Lexington, headquarters).
- Free snacks include coffee, tea, toast, cereal, fruit, granola bars, chips, soda, juice, etc.
- There is a $100k starting salary for new grads in software, and $40/hr for interns.
- There is no dress code, and flexible work hours.
- The work environment among programmers is very open and collaborative.
Cons: - software for the financial industry means working with Suits (business people who take themselves way too seriously) and occasionally working insane hours to meet a deadline.
- high stress.

Pros: Friendly environment
No restrictions
Free food (lots and lots of junk and organic food)
Better than industry-kind of pay (not top, though)
Cons: Keeps you busy (Get a lot of work done from you in return for good pay).
You need to know how to bull-shit, even if you do not know how to do something.
Lot of legacy code... not worth learning it for professional growth.
