It was a nice experience. Depending on your language preference, you will be asked 30 MCQs, each to be solved in 90 seconds. For me, it was C, so the questions were mainly based on pointers and structures and were mostly like: Find the output or put in the missing instruction.

Good company overall, but it has its traps

Pros: This is a great company which cares a lot about its employees, in terms of continuing education and mentorship. The compensation is good, and there are many tech communities within the company, allowing you to do things outside of your functional area.
Cons: Lack of a clear technical track for engineers who are not interested in managing people. Product managers expect engineers to do business analysis, but engineers do not necessarily get credit for it.

Pros: Good employer with good work ethics.
Good work-life balance.
Flexi-hours.
Free snacks.
Good rates for contractors.
Work-from-home option for full-timers.
Cons: It depends on the team. You might end up doing clerical work day by day, i.e., copying files, checking files, etc., which within a year will lead you from programmer to zero grammar.
Everything is done around the terminal, and it's very difficult to persuade managers to go open source or third-party.
Lots of lads are on H1B, and 'fly under the radar' is a common term, but I guess that is across all tech companies in the US.
