I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.
Nice interviewer, was very understanding and went back and forth throughout the question. You are expected to explain your approach and its time complexity. Medium question difficulty. Passed this round but failed the next technical round. There were 2 technical rounds, 1 system design round, 1 behavioral round.
Questions
Asked to design a FIFO "trading system" which was a Python class with 3 methods:
- Had a method to get the minimum value in the internal stack in O(1), required a monotonic stack.
- Asked to get k minimum values after, used a heap.

Pros: - Preferences are taken into account
- Great work environment
- Modern technology stack within my team
- Agile project management
- Real projects with the ability to have an impact
All in all, I 100% recommend this internship!
Cons: Almost none. Only that the benefits are not as great as with other big IT companies, and the tech stack could possibly be legacy.

Pros: Decent money, that's about it.
Cons: No structure to the job. For the most part, I wasn't even doing software coding. I ran out of New York and a UK office, expected to be available all hours.

Amazing internship, both social and technical

Pros: - Events every week offer lots of chances to socialize with people from other departments.
- The culture is very friendly and social.
- It is nice to gain some experience with C++ (if you have the chance).
- Amazing office.
- The intern project is personalized for every intern, depending on their preferences.
Cons: Some technologies used might be annoying.
If you are in engineering, it might be easy to just stick with the other engineers and not meet many people outside the engineering department.
