Pros: Compensation is good, except even that is mediocre considering the long hours. It's a good brand name to get on your resume and quickly get out before you get your spirit amputated.
Cons: Horrendous work-life balance. Over-the-top fake-smiling, virtue-signaling BS, a rah-rah sweatshop packed with outdated, poorly designed/coded proprietary tech that needs constant support and maintenance. Leadership, including technical leadership, sucks and is always too busy hiding in never-ending meetings in order to avoid doing the actual work. Product owners are clueless and just parrot word-for-word "bright ideas" from above.

Pros: A lot of stimulating challenges with a wide choice of career paths. Good educational support and resource allocation. Good incentive program and perks.
Cons: It can seem overwhelming at times until you adjust to the pace. It is difficult to schedule time off on occasion. It can be difficult to find a quiet area if you need to think through a problem.
