Process
The internal recruiter was very engaged. He would provide feedback the day after each interview. The company was very accommodating to scheduling requests.
However, the recruiter's demeanor changed after the fourth round of interviews. I suspect he came across another candidate in whom he was more interested. He did not provide feedback promptly and stopped responding to my emails and phone calls as he had previously.
I would appreciate consistency, as I believe that would be more professional.
