Process
The interview started with a general introduction. This was followed by a discussion of my previous experience. I was then asked some technical questions related to the project. Finally, I was asked to create a lottery system by optimizing the time and space complexity of three functions within the system.

Pros: I worked here a while back. The training was good, I had lots of smart peers, and there were areas to learn.
Cons: Antiquated tech. Need to push to learn about other areas and join other teams.

Pros: Job stability - you won't get laid off unless you are completely incompetent, and even then you might not get laid off.
Cons: Mediocre talent pool. Tons of bureaucracy and politics. Poor management/leadership. Little to no career growth unless you are a "Kool-Aid drinker."

Pros: Used to have free lunch. Not anymore.
Cannot think of anything else.
Cons: If you are going there, just keep this in mind.
You can be Albert Einstein and be the smartest in the world, but you don't get promoted easily.
Everything here works based on relationships.
Very long, extra hours of work without pay!
Zero work-life balance.
Erratic rules: be a buddy to your manager, and you can come at 10 AM and leave at 5 PM, no problem.
Otherwise, arrive at 8:05 AM, and you can be in trouble.
