Pros: Stop wasting your time.

Cons: UNPROFESSIONAL & FRAUD The company's handling of the interview process is highly unprofessional and concerning. After receiving an interview invitation, I made the effort to travel four hours to their office in Dublin, only to have them cancel or reschedule the interview on the same day. This not only resulted in a waste of time and effort on my part but also caused me to take "two paid leaves" from work. The lack of proper communication and disregard for candidates' time is unacceptable and raises questions about their professionalism and reliability. The company's conduct throughout the interview process was not only unprofessional but also appeared fraudulent. Two hours from the scheduled interview, they informed me that they had already selected an internal candidate for the position. They proceeded to schedule interviews and wasted my valuable time and effort. This raises serious concerns about their integrity and sincerity in the hiring process. Such misleading practices are highly disappointing and reflect poorly on their credibility as an organization.

Pros: Free snacks and soft drinks. Pay is good. The company really pays a lot of attention to the internship program. The people working there are smart.

Cons: Technology is amazingly old. Do you know Comdb? Managers don't care about your feelings as long as you get the work done, regardless of how you achieved it. For an intern, whether you can get a full-time job offer is independent of how your work was during the summer, even if you work hard and your mentor and manager like you.

Pros: Good place to work, I like the people.

Cons: Can't think of anything wrong.
