The interview process included two phone interviews and a final in-person (F2F) round. The phone interviews incorporated Hackerrank coding challenges.

I was impressed by the F2F interview, which lasted five hours and consisted of:

• One hour of coding and code review.
• Three hours dedicated to discussing my background and aligning mutual expectations.
• A one-hour HR interview.

All interviewers were positive and friendly. Everyone in the office appeared relaxed, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, it was a definitely positive experience. I had to decline the offer at this time, but it was a good option to consider.
