I had two telephone interviews and one on-site interview. The on-site one took about 4 hours, during which I spoke with approximately 5 different people, ranging from software engineers and tech leads to managers and HR. I appreciated that they were prepared and knew exactly what they were looking for. The questions were definitely not easy, but not extremely difficult either. It was all very professional.
