I applied online, and the phone interview was a week later. I used HackerRank for one question. I coded, and then the interviewer escalated the problem. I didn't do well as I was so nervous. The interviewer didn't care about my experience or anything; they went straight to a coding test, which doesn't make sense for a Senior Software Engineer position, where experience should count more based on the job description.
