Pros: Good combination of high-calibre people with challenging work, which gives great work satisfaction at the end of the day. Lot of learning opportunities. Excellent pay.
Cons: Bloomberg is a huge company, and some teams are bad, so just be cautious about the team and the work that they do before joining.
