One phone interview took around 1.5 hours. It was a very good interview; we discussed all about my experience and my future vision. Then, we moved on to the technical questions. Two questions were very easy, but you have to prepare very well for Java, especially for topics like the Garbage Collector.
Then, the on-site interview was quite disappointing. The interview lasted about an hour. Two very easy questions did not showcase any of the candidate's skills. They then told me, "Done for today." Two days later, an automated email informed me, "We will not proceed with your candidacy," with no feedback, which was very disappointing.
1 very easy question asking about time complexity.
