Process
I had an IKM online skills assessment test in C++, and I scored around 80% in that test.
After that, I was called for a telephone interview which lasted approximately 45 minutes. They touched upon C, C++, OOPs, Java (though I don't have any prior experience), .NET, and project planning.
Overall, it went very well, and the interviewer was saying "excellent" and "very good" even for some simple questions. They then arranged for a face-to-face interview after two weeks.
On the interview day, just as I was about to start, I received a call from my recruiter stating that the interview was cancelled because the role had been withdrawn. While I don't know the reason, I am very disappointed with the outcome.
