Software Developer Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
I first had a 45-minute phone interview a few weeks ago. After being invited to the second round, I traveled to their headquarters in NYC. The interview was an all-day experience. I had four interviews in total:
- Two with developers
- One with a manager
- One with an HR representative
The questions were challenging, but the interviewers would help you out if you got stuck.
Questions
Given origin and destination points on an xy graph, and different costs for traveling vertically, horizontally, and diagonally, describe how you would find the optimal path from origin to destination.
