I applied for the job through an employee's internal referral.
I also met people at the career fair and secured an on-campus interview within one week.
The interview lasted about an hour with two engineers. They asked a few data structure and algorithm problems, starting with simple questions. The people were very nice.
I advanced to the second round of interviews. I am not sure about the final results.
