Set up a phone technical interview.
- Why Bloomberg?
- What is the difference between a list and an array in general (not specific to a certain language)? When would you like to use an array, and when would you choose a list?
- Merge two sorted arrays, one of size N and one of size 2N. LeetCode has a similar question.
- Find a pair of integers in the array which has the max difference. Something like 'sell stock' on LeetCode.

Nothing difficult. I am too nervous and misunderstood the max difference question.

Pros: - Free snacks, breakfast, fruits, and drinks.
- Decent pay.
Cons: - Close-minded senior management, very set in their ways.
- Taking risks is discouraged, even though they may pretend otherwise, thus stifling any attempt at innovation. You can still try to be innovative, but if you fail, you're on your own.
- Fighting fires all the time.
- Medium to high stress work environment.
- Truly horrific legacy code.
- Hack/patch attitude towards fixing things in the name of "time to market". Makes sense in some cases, but not every time.
