I got the interview right at the campus job fair. I was informed to attend the interview the next day.
There were a total of 4 rounds. The first two were technical interviews with a total of 4 senior engineers.
The first one was easier, with just some general questions about data structures and objects. Just in the afternoon after the first round, I was told to attend the second round.
The second one was harder. I was asked two questions and had to write down my program immediately. The questions had nothing to do with language, just about your logic.
Two days later, I was invited to the next round. There were two rounds on the same day.
The first interviewer was an HR representative, and we just had a nice conversation.
The last one was a meeting with the manager. The manager also asked me one technical problem related to data structures and asked me how to improve performance due to complexity.
So, always be prepared for technical questions at Bloomberg!
After the second technical round, I was told I had finished all technical rounds.
However, surprisingly, the manager also asked technical questions at the final round.
