Pros: All in a picture, nothing in reality. Very disappointed. Complained to HR about my manager; they didn't even listen. From what I hear left and right, people are not happy and are either actively searching for another company or thinking about it.

Cons: Pro-Ukrainians; God forbid you are Russian, you are not going to make it. They make your life miserable. It's a very political place and there's nothing good about work-life balance. Once Mike B. stepped out, it all started to go downhill. A bunch of trainings on harassment, but when it comes to the real deal, all is quiet like nothing is happening. It's useless; nobody is doing anything to prevent or follow up.

Pros: Working at Bloomberg offers a unique and dynamic experience that stands out in the finance and technology sectors. The company fosters an environment where the pace of work is largely self-driven, allowing individuals to balance professional demands with personal life in a way that contrasts with the typically long hours seen in many financial firms. Employees often appreciate the flexibility, noting that the majority of the workforce tends to wrap up their day around 7 PM, with some even leaving as early as 6 PM.

Cons: Very good. I have no comment.
