It was an on-screen interview with two Bloomberg software engineers. I was given a meeting scheduling problem. The problem could be solved using a heap. One of the interviewers asked me about my research and went on for a while, asking follow-up questions. Later, I realized that time was taken from my total interview time. I also could not give the most optimized solution to the problem I was given.

Given N meeting schedules and their time slots, and an infinite number of meeting rooms, write a program to assign the meetings in the minimum number of rooms.
