Process
I completed all five rounds of interviews:
- One 20-minute phone screen
- Two 1-hour technical interviews
- One 30-minute HR call
- One 30-minute Engineering Manager round
The five interviews took about six weeks, and I was essentially ghosted afterward. I emailed my recruiters several times requesting an update. A rejection email after five interviews is just the bare minimum they could have done.

Pros: The program is very well run and there are many intern events. The events are both social and technical, so you get to meet other interns and learn a lot about the technology and people.
Cons: The experience and project you work on are very team-dependent. Some interns get lucky and end up on a team that aligns well with their interests, while other interns are not able to.
