I completed two technical rounds, which involved LeetCode medium questions, and one behavioral round at the end with an engineering manager.
At the conclusion of the process, they allowed me to rank the teams I was interested in.
Overall, it was a positive interview process, pretty standard for a software company.

Pros: Smart people, interesting work (for most teams), competitive pay, open workspace, easy to communicate with other employees, good lateral movement.
Cons: Not as many benefits and perks as most tech companies.
Engineering decisions sometimes influenced too much by business team members rather than by engineers.
You may be unlucky and put on a bad team, in which case your work may be very boring.

Pros: They treat interns really, really well! I was previously a Meta intern and thought Bloomberg people were much friendlier and responsive. They were also less political with performance reviews. :)
Cons: A flat hierarchy is a blessing and a curse. There's no climbing the corporate ladder, but I'd imagine there might be a feeling of stagnancy if you stay for long.
