I just had my first interview using HackerRank. The interviewer asked me one question about a code algorithm and a second one about inheritance constructors.
The first question was about writing a function to find if two strings are palindromes or not. It focused mostly on the algorithm and optimizations rather than the resolution itself.
The second question was to write the output. In the main function, some classes with inheritance were created and then called a function that writes the output. So, it was about identifying which function had been called – basically, how inheritance works.
The interviewer was pretty easy on me; no complaints.
Inheritance constructor.
