Overall, one of my happiest times at a company
Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: Good work-life balance. Friendly people. Good benefits. Recruiting trips are fun.
Cons: Engineering culture might be a bit outdated. Based on team pay, it is not top-tier, but it is still decent in the grand scheme of things. It is hard to climb the ladder.

All stress, all pressure
Software Engineer • Former Employee
New York, New York, United States
January 29, 2012
Pros: If you feel the need to get a Big Name on your resume, like I did, you could hardly go wrong with this company.
There is an army of smart people working here.
Cons: Unfortunately, the business has accumulated incredible baggage around software development, and the byzantine terminal always yields less information than you would expect. It's a small wonder that any development takes place using those archaic systems.
