I had a phone interview.
The interview began with the interviewer introducing himself and his role in the company. I then introduced myself and discussed my experience. The interviewer was very pleasant.
After the introductions, I was asked one technical question in Python.

Determine the minimum number of meeting rooms needed, given an array of start and end times for each meeting.

Pros: Very technical environment. Most others in the programming group in London are highly talented. Money is fairly good, considering the job is safe and you're not actually in a bank. Some of the work can be interesting, though that is very dependent on the group you are working in.
Cons: The hours are too long and it is expected that you 'go the extra mile' often. Holidays are rubbish. Some of the work, due to the technologies used, can be repetitive, and often you don't have time to do the job properly. Some of the people you have to deal with on the business side are clueless.

Pros: I worked as part of the tech infrastructure team.
I had a project where I had a lot of input and support inside and outside of the team.
The other software engineers on my floor were very welcoming and inclusive.
Lots of wonderful intern activities.
Most of the interns lived in the same building, so it was fun.
Cons: My mentor and teammate was not the easiest to work with; however, I had plenty of support from my liaison, and we were able to figure it out.
