Software Engineer New Grad Interview Experience
Process
I had a phone screen which consisted of LeetCode easy to medium questions. Then, I was invited for an onsite interview.
My first interview comprised LeetCode hard questions. I was able to solve them, but the interviewer was very arrogant and wanted the exact solution he had in mind.
The second interviewer was a very nice person. He asked me two questions, which I solved. Then he asked me a LeetCode hard question which I was unable to solve.
I seriously doubt their interviewing process.
