I submitted my resume in early December and set up a phone screen a few weeks later.

The phone screen wasn't terribly difficult. After that, I had an on-campus interview.

The on-campus interview was followed by another on-campus interview the next day (both of these were technical).

I then had an on-site interview, which consisted of one final technical interview and an HR interview. I was a little annoyed that I had to go to their New York office for what amounted to less than two hours of interviews.

I received an offer two days later.
