I met a recruiter at a boot camp hiring event and received a phone interview within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I did not make it any further than the phone screening.
Questions
The interviewer asked me about previous projects and technology choices.
Then, they gave me a simple (~leetcode easy) problem to code through. They wanted to optimize it and talk through my thought process.

Pros: I work in a great area.
I have a lot of room for personal development and am actively encouraged to grow.
There are leadership opportunities that are regularly made available, but you can stay as an IC if that's what you prefer.
There's a ton of collaboration, and the group works on interesting things.
Cons: There's a lot of emphasis on delivery, to the point where it can be valued over people skills for leadership positions.
An over-emphasis on "impact" from management makes it hard to advocate for KTLO work unless it can be bundled into a project.
Slowing down on work for quality can be used against an IC if the TL does not buy in.
Various parts of ENG are very different culturally. Software infrastructure is generally good.
