I turned in my resume at the career fair and filled out an online application. I was contacted about a phone interview a few months later. An on-site interview was scheduled a while after that.
There was only one interviewer for the phone interview, but the on-site interview had two rounds with two interviewers each.
Talking with some other candidates, I probably should have been given another question during round two, but I presumably ran out of time. We were also given a tour of the building prior to starting the two interview rounds.
Overall, the process took many months, with the career fair and application being in September, the phone interview in early November, and the on-site interview in mid-January.
