Process

Applied through an employee referral.

Received an email back within a week asking to schedule a phone interview.

Had a one-hour phone interview, where we discussed my resume, reasons for applying to Bloomberg, and basic algorithms and data structures.

The next day, I received an invitation for an onsite interview.

Onsite:

The first 30 minutes were spent touring the facility. Afterwards, I met with individual interviewers.

There were two technical rounds, each lasting about an hour.

Then, I waited 45 minutes for the next interviewer.

This interviewer, a Senior Engineer, asked a system design question.

Following that, there was a 30-minute HR interview.

I received an email one and a half weeks later informing me of my rejection.
