Process
The initial phone screen involved implementing a few simple methods for a String library in C++. The interviewer was very pleasant during this phase.
Subsequently, I attended the on-site interview. The interviewer's demeanor was quite different; they seemed disengaged and unfriendly. We proceeded to a room where they asked about my past projects before presenting a coding challenge on paper. Unfortunately, I was unable to complete the problem, and they escorted me out.
